Old House is located in the center of Launceston. Unfortunately, because of the age and layout of this listed building we are unable to provide wheelchair access.

Car parking is available on a hardstanding drive outside the house (off road).

Public Areas – General
- Stairs to bedrooms. Eleven stairs up turn right up one stair turn right up eight stairs. “Gwendoline” is directly in front of you and “Lethbridge” is to your front and left – both bedroom doors are named. All other rooms on this floor are private.
- Stairway and bedroom floors are covered in thick carpet with underlay
- No lift is available
Bedrooms
Lethbridge
- Enter first door (lockable) – movement sensitive lighting.
- In front of you is door to bathroom which has vinyl flooring, WC, basin, shower cubicle with sliding door. You have to step up (12 inches) into the shower.
- To your right is door to bedroom
Gwendoline
- Enter first door (lockable)
- Inside to your front and left is door to en suite which has vinyl flooring, WC, basin, large shower cubicle with sliding door. You have to step up (11 inches) into the shower.
Outside
The garden has a table and chairs and a summerhouse at the bottom of the garden next to a pond. You are very welcome to wander freely in the garden.

- Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the house
- Mobile telephone reception is usually quite good
